GET ham ishlaydi. Parametrlar: query, JSON, form yoki multipart — batafsil.

Buyruqlar ro'yxatini butunlay almashtiradi. Ro'yxat bot profilida va chatdagi buyruqlar menyusida ko'rinadi. Barcha foydalanuvchilar va tillar uchun bitta ro'yxat: Telegram'dagi scope va language_code e'tiborga olinmaydi.
