Service and agreement
Follow these terms when using the Zamin apps or website. The service is provided by Zamin Social Network LLC; developer Abbosjon Dev. Location: Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Questions: info@zamin.app. Do not create an account if you are not legally eligible to use the service under laws that apply to you.
Your account
Register with a phone number you control. Protect your SMS codes, sessions and two-step password. Misleading impersonation, unauthorized access, selling accounts and bypassing safeguards are prohibited. Close unfamiliar sessions and contact support if you notice account misuse.
Content and rights
You retain your rights in the content you upload. Only share material you have permission to share. To operate the service, you allow Zamin to store, process, display and deliver your content to the audience you select. Respect other people's copyright and privacy. Public content can spread through shared links.
Prohibited use
Do not post spam, scams, harassment, threats, exploitative or unlawful content, malicious code, unauthorized personal information, or incitement to violence. Content that harms minors is prohibited. Do not evade request limits, damage the service or collect data automatically without authorization.
Communities and moderation
Channel and group owners and administrators control permissions in their spaces. Use the in-app block and report tools, or send a relevant link and explanation to info@zamin.app. Zamin may hide content, restrict features or suspend access following reports or safety concerns. You can request a review of a moderation decision at the same email address.
Testing, changes and leaving
The service is under development. Features and availability may change, and interruptions may occur. Continuous availability and permanent backups are not guaranteed; keep your own copies of important files. You can leave by deleting your account. The privacy and deletion pages explain data handling. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
