Help us understand the issue
Include your app version, iOS/Android version, a short description and steps to reproduce the issue. If useful, attach a screenshot with private information removed. Do not send passwords, SMS codes, session tokens or other people's private conversations.
Safety and content reports
Block the user and report the relevant post, message or profile in the app. If you find a security weakness, do not use it to access anyone else's data. Email info@zamin.app with a description and safe reproduction steps. For immediate physical danger, contact local emergency services.
Accounts and data
If you lose access to your phone or cannot delete your account, contact us by email. Account actions require verified ownership. The account deletion and privacy pages explain available data controls.
