Who we are and how to contact us
This policy covers the Zamin apps and zamin.app. Publisher: Zamin Social Network LLC. Developer: Abbosjon Dev. Location: Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Send privacy and data questions to info@zamin.app.
Information we process
We process your phone number and authentication information when you register. Using the service creates profile information such as your name, username, photo, bio and settings, contact relationships, subscriptions, chats and the messages, files, voice recordings, photos and videos you send. We also store social posts, comments, stories, channel roles and live-session state to provide those features. Device sessions, push tokens, IP addresses and security logs support sign-in, delivery and abuse prevention.
Firebase and our servers
Phone sign-in and SMS verification use Firebase Authentication. Push notifications use Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple APNs. These providers process the authentication and delivery information needed for their services on their infrastructure. Core Zamin profiles, chats, social content and media are stored on our own VPS infrastructure. Provider infrastructure may process data in countries other than your own.
Optional permissions
With contacts permission, phone numbers may be sent to our server to match people you know. Camera, microphone, photo/video library and location access are used for the features you choose. You can revoke permissions in device settings; related features may then be unavailable. You can also disable notifications.
Public and private content
Public channels, posts, their comments and publicly visible profile information may be accessible through website links without an account. Private chats and restricted content are controlled by server-side membership and permissions. Recipients and viewers may copy or reshare content they can access. Zamin cannot erase independent copies held by other people.
Purposes and security
We use information to run the service, deliver messages and calls, verify sessions, limit spam and abuse, review reports and provide support. Network transport uses TLS. Zamin does not promise end-to-end encryption (E2EE) for messages or calls. Access controls and limits are enforced on the server. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and deletion
Account information and content are kept as needed to provide the service. Stories normally stop being publicly visible after 24 hours; chosen message auto-delete settings apply. An accepted account deletion request immediately disables access and starts cleanup. Personal data in the primary system is targeted for deletion within 30 days, usually sooner. Backups and limited records needed for justified security or legal purposes may be retained separately; a specific backup-erasure period has not yet been published. Independently shared copies may remain. Restricted disaster-recovery backups are isolated from the active service; deletion requests are reapplied before restoration. A minimal security and deletion ledger is kept for 90 days.
Your choices
The app provides profile, privacy, notification, blocking and session controls. Our account deletion page explains how to request deletion. Email info@zamin.app for access, correction or deletion requests; we will verify account ownership securely. Do not email passwords or SMS codes. Policy updates appear here with a revised date.
